Terms and Conditions

1. Currently, x3 A Sweet Affair is only handling local orders (Singapore).

2. Full payment is to be received before/on the closing date of the spree. For orders sent in on the closing date itself, please make payment before 23:59pm on the same day.

NO FULL PAYMENT RECEIVED = NO ORDER

3. All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars (SGD) only.

4. Prior to orders being sent, cancellation of items ordered after payment is made will be liable for an overall SGD$2 administrative charge per item ordered. Remaining amount paid (less any other applicable fee) will be refunded.

5. No cancellation of orders is allowed once orders have been sent to the supplier.

6. Discounts for handling fees (if applicable) are given for items ordered from the same spree only. The discount is not applicable if you are ordering from different sprees.

7. Handling fees per item will not be refunded if the item(s) is out of stock/ not shipped to Singapore etc. The rest of the amount paid will be refunded back to spree-er's bank account (less any other applicable fee) AFTER the rest of the items have arrived. Therefore, spree-ers are advised to check the availability of their desired item on the website before sending in any orders. (However if you have a strong interest in the particular OOS item, do email us and we will see what can be done.)

8. Depending on the availability of stocks/ the workload of the supplier, items usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive from overseas. Please do not send in your orders if you are unwilling to wait for your ordered items. All updates will be promptly posted on the website. If there are no updates, it means that we do not have any latest news to update. Emails will be sent to all spree-ers when items arrive and are ready for collection.

9. All ordered items will be distributed to spree-ers in the condition as received by x3 A Sweet Affair from the supplier.

10. Items ordered and received by spree-ers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

11. x3 A Sweet Affair will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting whether directly or indirectly from any errors in shipping, quality problems, defects, delays, damage, loss or any action or inaction on the part of the supplier and Singapore Post (for spree-ers who have opted for postage of items).

12. x3 A Sweet Affair reserves the right to close, extend or cancel any spree at any point of time depending on the response/our workload. If any spree is cancelled, don't worry, all amounts received will be FULLY refunded to spree-ers.

13. x3 A Sweet Affair reserves the rights to reject any orders.

14. x3 A Sweet Affair reserves the rights to amend any information or any of the terms and conditions on the website without prior notice.

15. Please do not send in your orders if you are unwilling to wait till after the closing date of the spree for x3 A Sweet Affair to submit all the orders together. (However, if you want a private spree, please email us.)

16. Please do not send in your orders if you do not agree with our terms and conditions. By joining the sprees, you are deemed to have agreed to the 'Terms & Conditions' set out by x3 A Sweet Affair.
